The inception of Terra Haven was driven by urgency and a personal touch from Malia Schultheis, co-owner and designer, who revisited traditional design methods to infuse the project with significance and a nod to her roots.
The home addresses the essentials of modern compact living: ample storage, full appliance integration, an advanced solar system, and innovative water storage solutions outside the main cabinetry, blending efficiency with design and comfort.
Entering Terra Haven, the interior immediately strikes a balance between modern luxury and functional living. The Parisian-inspired trim work, luxurious Viola Marble, and black stone sinks in the kitchen and bathroom areas add a sophisticated touch to the home’s design.
The oversized steel doors and sustainable exterior cladding, including the collaboration with Tricoya for durable siding, underscore the home’s commitment to eco-friendly practices.
