Built by Tiny Healthy Homes, Cascadia is a thoughtfully designed model that is quite spacious. It is built with quality material and looks just as great. The structure of this tiny house on wheels may resemble that of a basic trailer home but the amalgamation of décor and design creates an enchanting rustic look for Cascadia. The exteriors facets of Cascadia are enveloped in wooden planks and the ligneous theme is sustained by the interiors to maintain a homogeneous look.
A classic presentation of ‘open joint’ style vertical cedar can be detected in the upper portion of the Cascadia’s external walls while the lower band puts on a fine display of corrugated metro brown metal for protection. A presentation of vinyl windows can be detected in the exterior that solves a number of purposes such as keeping the indoors radiant with natural light and supporting cross ventilation. These windows also add up to the Cascadia’s external beauty by acting as another practical element of décor. The house has non-toxic Roxul insulation along with a 12 volts and a 110 volts electrical system. Cascadia is ANSI certified which ensures potential buyers of their safety.
The interiors follow an enchanting cedarn theme and emulate the elegance of a forest retreat cabin. The layout is strategically designed to provide the residents with all the required rooms and amenities while also leaving ample elbow room to give them freedom of movement. The living area is decently sized and offers sufficient relaxing space while the kitchen adjacent to is fairly large for a tiny house and comes with a variety of useful features. The kitchen bears a U-shaped counter with an Oak wood countertop that is finished with Osmo TopOil High Solid which is a food safe finishing material that is known for its excellent water and dirt resistant properties.
The residents can cook comfortably without having to worry about spilling any liquids such as juice or milk on the counter, as it is an easy to clean and maintain feature. The kitchen counter is equipped with a propane function range and a hood fan combination, a deep sink with an attached faucet and a 5 star 110 V refrigerator. An abundance of storage facility is also found not just in the kitchen but around the house in the manner of in-built open cabinets and drawers. The bathroom is packed with utilitarian parts and accessories. A full size metal bath tub, a 20 inches hand basin, a composting toilet and a unique moisture control shower system complete the bathroom’s look.
Cascadia has pretty basic interiors which can be easily remedied through interior décor. The cedar theme of this model is quite winsome and the residents can enjoy living in this house that resembles a forest retreat cabin.
