One of the unique features of Domek is its three lofts, which include two sleeping lofts and one office space. With its multi-medium design, Domek is built to function both on and off the grid. This was also the home that launched the Acorn Tiny Homes business. It was built as the most complex unit they could fathom, taking advantage of building science and pushing the limits of what a tiny house can be. The home features a layer of continuous exterior insulation that creates a complete thermal envelope, along with low-profile insulated panels in the roof to allow for additional headspace in the lofts. The in-floor radiant heat system also keeps your feet warm and toasty in all weather conditions.

Despite being small, this home has ample sleeping space with two lofts and an office loft. The office loft features a floating desk above the kitchen. The second loft is designed to simulate a starry night sky with fiber optic lights installed in the ceiling. The interior of Domek is warm and inviting, with large windows and doors that let in natural light. Its open design gives a spacious feel to the tiny home. Despite its size, this tiny home on wheels is a cozy retreat perfect for anyone looking to downsize.

It boasts a remarkable attribute in the form of a glass atrium located above the bathtub/shower area, which creates an indoor-outdoor feel. Additionally, the property comprises a full mudroom equipped with laundry and closet facilities, which not only offer practical storage solutions but also help to contain any potential mess.
