With its distinctly modular design and structure, Jasmine is a beautiful tiny house that is sure to attract attention at first glance. The neutral monotone colour scheme of this RV truly makes the stellar design speak for itself. The immaculate horizontal wainscot exterior, galvalume metal roof, the crisp glass windows that appear frameless and the sleek entrance door form the exterior of the Jasmine. The interior is mainly made up of tiles that are of a dark-light grey combination. The white lap siding ceiling with tiny rectangular inset lights looks elegant and creates an illusion of extensive space.
The U-shaped kitchen is equipped with efficient amenities and looks trendy. The burnished stainless steel countertop is very nifty as it can effectively survive the impact of knives and other kitchen appliances as well as remain fire and rust proof. The two single open thick metal shelf planks are elongated across one side of the kitchen counter and serve well for stacking fine glassware or kitchen plants. The additional countertop that poses as a small dining table reflects operational intelligence. The neat array of cabinets in the kitchen look chic and are decently sized for storage purposes.
The living room is refreshing in terms of layout, design and style with a smart built-in seating system beneath the broad windows. You get a small-scale electric fireplace in that gives the entire area a very classy touch. The open shelf planks are useful for keeping books or decorative items. There are two separate staircases each leading to a bedroom loft.
The two expansive bedroom lofts are comfortable and each loft can surely accommodate 2 people conveniently. The lofts are roomy and let you place a queen sized mattress, making it ideal for a nuclear family as it can sleep up to 4 people. The single bath is built beautifully with a European style shower. You get a bathroom compartment in the tiled wall to keep your toiletries while taking a bath. Additionally, you have washer/dryer space with extra room on top for hanging bathrobes and clothes. The adjacent hammered copper washbasin adds a vintage look to the otherwise minimalist bathroom. You have vanity space for stashing medicine and other bathroom supplies.
Jasmine is one of the most beautiful and spacious tiny houses one can set their eyes upon. With 350 SF and 30’ x 8.5’ dimensions, it an interior design masterpiece. All the unique features such as the built-in electric fireplace, the built-in seating space in the living room as well as the added countertop in the kitchen which can be used as a compact dining table are wonderful creations. The use of durable materials such as the metal roof, the stainless steel countertop and easy to clean tiles exhibit sheer brilliance in planning and constructing strong houses.
