Built by the eminent Baluchon, the Kiwi is a classic tiny house that aims to provide maximum benefits to you within a limited space. The house is easily transportable and you can take it with you wherever you wish to go. The appearance of the Kiwi is snazzy and the structure of this tiny house plays a major role in this. The colour scheme shows a combination of brown and dark jade green that adds a touch of elegance to the Kiwi’s exteriors. 

The main front door and the long rectangular window above it both slide open to let the residents enjoy the views of the outside world. The installation of giant windows not only increases the curb appeal of the Kiwi but also keep the indoors radiant and bright throughout the day. The colour scheme of the exterior is replicated in the interiors and this homogeneity creates its own theme. The interiors are spacious and offer sufficient leeway to let the residents live comfortably. 

The kitchen has an L-shaped counter that is sturdy and also very stylish. The counter holds many useful appliances that provide facility in the most modish manner. The wooden finish of the countertop looks chic in partnership with a neat arrangement of white cabinets and drawers under it. There is a decent sized sink that comes with an attached faucet along with a two burner modular stove top and a chest style fridge under the counter. Additionally, the countertop extends out to double up as a table or a work station.

  The two open shelf planks affixed in the wall above the kitchen counter provide additional storage space to you where you can also stack your glassware to enhance the kitchen’s look. A long oak dining table is present near the kitchen that can accommodate up to 4 people to dine. The living room holds a convertible couch for comfort where you can lounge and relax. There is also a blackout curtain that can be pulled out to separate the living room from the rest of the house. The built-in staircase comes with a railing for support along with camouflage cabinets that let your store your personal belongings. 

The bathroom has a dry toilet and other basic amenities such as a basin and an 80 x 80 cm shower that fulfil the purpose. The sleeping loft on the other hand comes with enough storage facility to let the occupants store their luggage safely. A queen size mattress is placed in the sleeping loft that can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.
