Just like any other tiny house built by Baluchon, L'île au Trésor offers a wide variety of utilitarian features that provide maximum satisfaction to the residents. The structure of this tiny house is not only sturdy but also very stylish. A perfect blend of design and functionality creates L'île au Trésor that is an architectural masterpiece. The exterior is a work of art and makes many heads turn. Apart from its great features, this tiny treasure is also easily transportable that is like a cherry on top of the cake.
The exterior reflects a contemporary style and the unique structural design only adds up to it. L'île au Trésor showcases classic lap siding coated in a mild brown shade that gives the house a smooth finish look. A hint of maroon splattered in the external facets creates a charming appeal and goes very well with the ligneous look of the house. The glass windows are distinct in shape and size but nevertheless fit seamlessly in the L'île au Trésor’s structure.
The interiors are quite classy and also follow in the footsteps of the exterior’s cedarn look. The walls, floors and the ceiling are all made up of wooden planks that are seamlessly laid in to achieve a clean look. The windows help in bringing in abundant sunlight and keeping the interiors looking radiant throughout the day. The layout is fantastic and you get sufficient space to accommodate all the useful amenities required to sustain yourself comfortably. The main relaxing area has a chic couch that is comfortable for lounging.
A compact centre table with a glass top provides utility and also presents itself as a snazzy interior décor piece. The modular kitchen is extremely attractive as it is both functional as well as fashionably built. The maroon cabinets along with the wooden countertop appear to make the kitchen sit effortlessly well with the colour scheme of the entire house. A two burner stovetop and a broad sink and faucet combination let you cook and clean while the drawers and cabinets offer plenty of storage space to let you stack your utensils and cutlery.
An excellent space saving feature provided by L'île au Trésor is a pull out table that disappears into the neat arrangement of cabinets under the counter. You can place two small stools on either side of this table to have a makeshift dining table for two. The stairs have in-built storage capacity which can be used for stacking novels or any additional kitchen items. You also get a sleeping loft that can accommodate two people conveniently.
L'île au Trésor is an ideal choice for couples as the single sleeping loft can only accommodate so many people but the rest of the house offers sufficient leeway for comfortable living.
