The Nordic is the model home for the new Norwegian based company Norske Mikrohus. It's currently available in two different sizes: 20 foot long and 24 foot long.
Their micro houses can be used as a full time home or as a cabin. You can put it on your own property, in a garden or somewhere you rent from the property owner.
Whether your intentions are to use the house as a cabin, office, or guest house the possibilities are endless. Place it near the ocean during the summer months, in the mountains for the skiing season, in the forest to create a lovely escape away from the city, or near a lake for some much needed R&R.
The spacious and open floor plan bring a bright feeling to the home. A linear kitchen and fold up desk or dining table make for a comfortable space to host guests or for a quiet dinner with your family.
A built in bench with storage in the living room doubles as a secondary sleeping accommodation for guests.
The full-sized bathroom comes with the option for an incinerator or composting toilet. A large corner shower is included.
Above the bathroom is the master loft which can fit a queen size bed.
Overall, this is nicely designed tiny home at a decent price. With the open floor plan, built in storage and options to customize it packs a pretty decent punch.
