The Boxcar boasts a loft as well as a bedroom on the first floor with plenty of storage; a rarity that you don't see often in a tiny house. When you walk in the home you'll walk into a open living room that has access to the loft.
Past the living room you'll find a spacious linear kitchen and bathroom on the opposite wall of the small house. The kitchen comes standard with full appliances and butcher block countertops.

Although the Boxcar is rather simple, it is quite charming. It's fairly functional however we don't prefer the kitchen and bathroom being so close together.
It's build by a reputable builder that uses high quality material and solid building methods.
Overall, it's a great tiny home that can be customized and priced accordingly to your budget and needs.
