The Cypress is a great tiny house model that is meant to provide space and a comfortable lifestyle to its residents. The house is designed in a manner that would be suitable for people of all ages as it serves the needs of everyone. The trailer is 30 feet long, indicating the abundance of space that it can offer to its residents for comfortably navigating around the house. This also shows the availability of sufficient area to support a proper floor plan that would fulfil all the requirements of the residents.

The brown and blue colour scheme makes the exteriors look classy. The use of LP smooth HD lap siding in brown for certain parts of the exterior and the use of blue board and batten siding for covering most of the Cypress’s exterior shows the amount of thought given to detailing while crafting this tiny house. The standing seam metal roof is also painted blue that fits very well in the theme while also adding additional value to the house. The low-E vinyl glass windows reflect architectural intelligence deployed while designing the Cypress as these windows minimize the amount of ultraviolet rays that penetrate the house while not compromising on the amount of light that enters the house.

The indoors brand a radiant glow and the engineered hardwood flooring only add up to that. The choice of material used to design and construct the entire house shows clever planning that would allow the residents to make the most of this house. For interior veneer the use of trimmed out smooth grade plywood is excellent. The living room and the kitchen together make the great room which looks bright and spacious. There is small circular lights inset in the ceiling that keeps the house well-lit.

The living room can accommodate a loveseat and a small side table and also holds a mini spilt HVAC. There are two bedrooms in the Cypress, the master bedroom is on the ground floor and the other guest room loft has a view of the great room. The master bedroom can easily sleep up to two people and so can the guest room loft. The kitchen has a 2 burner propane stovetop, custom plywood cabinets and an electric 9 cu ft. refrigerator. The bathroom has a fiberglass shower, an electric water heater, a flushing toilet and a ceramic sink with a 24 inch vanity. For insulation, the house has fiberglass in walls, closed cell spray foam in the sub-floor and also the ceiling.
