The Lee model sits on a 32’ Movable Roots Trailer and features their signature 2′ extension on the rear making it 34′ over its entirety.
The goal for the design and layout of this small home was to have a little more living area space and a smaller but still very usable kitchen space. This allows for larger gatherings and puts an emphasis on spending time and relaxing with friends and family.
The Lee boasts a main floor master bedroom with huge closet space and a large sliding glass door that opens up to wherever you find yourself.
An alternating step staircase to the second-floor loft bedroom has custom built-in storage throughout to maximize every square inch.
The bathroom has a very spacious pass through bathroom with walk in shower and washer/dryer combo.
The use of quality materials and Movable Roots superior building methods provides the foundation for a tiny home that lasts from generation to generation.

The Lee is a well thought through tiny home. The layout includes master on main, yet doesn't limit space or cramped in the rest of the home especially the living room. The additional loft for extra sleeping accommodations or storage is a plus.
Color palette if very fresh and reviving with the mixtures of whites, grays and blues that keep the home feeling open and bright. Finishing touches with quality hardware and fixtures to top it off!
Overall, a solid tiny home built with high quality materials by a high quality customer builder.
