The Mansion Jr. covers a total area of 230 square feet which provides sufficient space to let the residents live comfortably.

The exterior of this tiny house on wheels is so alluring, thanks to its subtle colour scheme that gives the Mansion Jr. a winsome touch. The beige coloured external lap siding appears super neat while the white coloured frames of the windows really stand out. The darker shade of blue used to coat the roof adds on to the colour scheme and makes the roof look great too. The glass windows not only look lovely but also prove to be a very practical feature. These windows bring in plenty of natural light to keep the indoors well-lit during the day. This way the interiors also appear brighter and more radiant.

The colour scheme of the interiors is another thoughtfully designed character of the Mansion Jr. as the indoors appear cleaner and bigger due to the use of light hues as well as the gable roof.
