You’ll find a hint of the same material used in the exterior lap siding along with horizontal cedar tongue and groove planks.

The square glass windows, the minimalist front door and the polished black bell sconce add a modern touch at the same time providing a functional value. The interior is quaint and radiates welcoming vibes. The diversity in the choice of flooring material utilised double up as an interior décor statement and enhances the appearance. The pre finished oak hardwood flooring in the main areas of the house remains easy to clean while the carpeted floor of the loft demands more care. The luxury vinyl flooring in the bathroom is long lasting and moisture resistant.

Upon entering the house, you’ll find the single countertop open kitchen to your right and the comfy space of the lounging room to your left. The kitchen counter is equipped with a standard kitchen sink and faucet, an inset 3-burner RV propane gas with oven and storing drawers assembled beneath. The Danby 9.2 CU FT Energy Star fridge is inserted in the wall compartment next to the staircase that leads up to the bedroom loft. These stairs have front access to the box space in the first three steps that can be used for keeping footwear whereas the in-built cabinets on the side of the stairs offer larger room for your clothes and other belongings.

The bedroom loft is commodious and comfortable for sleeping up to 4 members. A queen-sized mattress can be placed here along with other pieces of furniture such as a small dresser or a modest cabinet. The living room has a built-in U-shaped seating platform with cushioned pads lined along with the three big windows on each wall that illuminate the entire area. The Kozy Heat Propane fireplace in the corner keeps the place warm and even has a flat wooden top for keeping house plants or showpieces.

The custom oak makeup vanity and bathroom cabinet allow you to enjoy extra storage while the standard washbasin and faucet adequately fulfil the purpose. A Rinnai propane water heater, a shower pan and a nature’s head composting toilet complete the washroom.
