The main entrance of the tiny house is a sliding glass door. Upon opening, it leads you directly to the kitchen which comes with a stovetop consisting of two electric burners, a large countertop and a peninsula which can be used as a workspace for all the busy bees. Surprisingly, the kitchen also has a full-size refrigerator, as you would find in any apartment. It also comes with a few other essentials necessary for cooking.
The master bedroom is a queen sized loft, and has three dormer windows on each side. The other loft has space to fit in a twin bed or it can be converted into a lounge area.
The bathroom is designed keeping the limited space in mind. It has herringbone tiles. A standing shower with glass doors, a glass sink with a small cabinet for added storage, and a toilet. With an asking price of $69,000, this tiny house does not get any better. The fact that it has 2 lofts that can be utilized as bedrooms, unlike many other tiny houses, where just one loft is used as a bedroom, this is a steal at this price. The living space also has space for a sofa and a couch, has a built in electric fireplace to keep you warm, a large TV to keep you entertained, and an excellent water heating system which is powered by solar panels attached at the top of the tiny house.
This modern tiny house is perfect for a family of 4. If you are planning to take that cross country roadtrip, now is the time and the perfect opportunity. You are not just getting a trailer on wheels, it is so much more than that. It is a complete house compacted to facilitate you. Although an excellent design, we feel that the sliding glass door at the entrance will not do a good job at protecting the privacy of the owners. Although this can be covered with blinds, it will still not give them a sense of satisfaction. However, the living space and bedrooms are huge compared to most tiny houses, so maybe this choice of door can be overlooked?
