The Verve comes fully equipped with the basic necessities. A modern and clean design aesthetic is carried from the exterior two-tone siding to the interior color pallet, finishes, and expansive glass windows.
An L shaped pull-out couch and bed combo come standard with each home. This transforms the living room into sleeping accommodations when needed. A hydraulic lift system is available as an upgrade to simply raise and lower the bed to avoid needing to re-arrange the living room into a bedroom.
Also available is the upgraded Verve Lux layout which boasts a larger bathroom and kitchen, a fold-down deck, and removable awning.
Overall, the Verve is a classic tiny house. It has an efficient layout and at 20 feet fits a lot into a small space. The lack of a loft may be a downside to some however with the option to add a hydraulic bed lift is a great solution for those who are looking for a bedroom on the main floor while maintaining a small footprint.
Functionally, it’s got all the basics and with the add-on options available you can customize it how you like depending on your budget for your tiny house.
