An aluminum roof, lightweight yet incredibly durable, sits atop the house, while well-insulated 2-pane windows and an exterior door made from tempered glass reflect a commitment to quality and insulation. Elise offers full customization with your favorite color choices for the siding, windows, door, and roof, ensuring that the house resonates with your personal taste.

Winter insulation is thoughtfully provided through eco-friendly recycled textile insulation, reflecting Vagabond Haven's consideration for both comfort and sustainability.

Stepping into Elise's 25 sqm living area, you are greeted with a room height of 3.26 meters that lends an airy openness to the space. Spruce panel siding and laminate ground flooring imbue a sense of warmth, while two spacious lofts beckon as cozy retreats.

Every detail, from the installed electricity to the plumbing and ventilation, showcases Vagabond Haven's meticulous attention to comfort. And the choice of colors for both the siding and the floor invites customization to suit your individual preferences.

The kitchen in Elise is a space where functionality meets style. Lower and upper cabinets crafted from veneer or MDF are perfectly complemented by an oak plank countertop. A choice between an electric or gas stove, induction or gas cooktop, and a large fridge ensures culinary freedom.

The space-saving corner cabinet with shelves, dishwasher, and protective glass panel adds both utility and charm. You can even choose your favorite color for the cabinets and protective glass, creating a kitchen that is uniquely yours.
