However, due to space limitations in the client's fenced backyard, the design had to be adjusted to fit a smaller 12-foot trailer. This proved to be a challenging yet rewarding endeavor, as the team navigated the tight space, even enlisting the help of neighbors and a hand winch to place the house in its final spot.
As you step into the Funky East Austin Rental, you are greeted by a thoughtfully designed kitchen area. Inspired by the Boulder, the kitchen is located at the front of the house, with the bathroom in the back and the living space in the middle. The home's layout is accentuated by a practical shed roof design, offering ample headroom and a sense of spaciousness.
The interior design effortlessly combines steampunk and industrial flair with rustic elements, evident in the pipe fixtures, barn wood, sliding barn door, and eye-catching steampunk light and plumbing fixtures. These unique details make the space truly one-of-a-kind, inviting guests to immerse themselves in a delightful blend of old-world charm and modern functionality.
One standout feature of the living space is a beautiful hanging couch, perfect for relaxation and conversation. This cozy nook adds a touch of whimsy to the home, encouraging guests to unwind and make the most of their stay.
