Despite her modest size, Sofia offers a surprisingly generous 16 square meter living area, making her one of the two smallest tiny houses designed by Vagabond Haven. The house is positioned comfortably on a lightweight trailer with dimensions extending to 6.1m in length, 2.55m in width, and standing tall at 4m. Even with these compact dimensions, Sofia is a heavyweight when it comes to durability and quality.

The exterior of Sofia shines with a carefully selected siding of spruce, ThermoWood, or Shou Sugi Ban, each one exuding a unique charm. The 2-pane windows and the exterior door made from tempered glass ensure that the interiors are well-insulated, while the lightweight and durable aluminum roof shields the tiny home from the elements. The house is also winter-proof, courtesy of the eco-friendly recycled textile insulation. The aesthetic appeal is completed with customizable color options for the siding, windows, door, and roof, letting you add a personal touch to your tiny haven.

As you enter Sofia, you are greeted by the expansive 16 square meter living area that basks under a towering room height of 3.10m. An additional storage loft makes for a smart and stylish use of space. The interior siding from spruce panels brings a touch of rustic charm, whereas the laminate ground floor and spruce floor lofts add to the house's warm, homey atmosphere. The interiors also come equipped with installed electricity, plumbing, and ventilation systems. The icing on the cake? You can customize the color for both the siding and the floor, adding a personal touch that reflects your style and personality.

Now into Sofia's kitchen, and you will notice how each corner has been thoughtfully designed to utilize space. The kitchen boasts lower and upper cabinets made from veneer or MDF, providing ample storage. The three-layer oak board countertop, besides being an ideal workspace, adds a touch of luxury. It comes fully equipped with a microwave oven, an induction or gas cooktop, a small fridge, a kitchen hood, and even a dishwasher. The protective glass panel adds a sleek, modern touch to the overall aesthetic.

The bathroom features wet-room-approved walls made from Fibo Trespo panels and flooring options in either laminate or PVC. You can choose between a shower cabin with a curtain or a glass door.
