The Flat exudes charm and comes with such beautiful interiors, its wee structure would be the only reminder of it not being a conventional flat. The Flat spans out over a total area of 215 square feet which may appear as a disadvantage but it is the only drawback that the Flat and its other features more than make up for this.

This is a single story model with no lofts and this is what makes the interiors appear larger and more spacious. The length of the trailer remains impressively fixed at 30 feet which is a great perk. The exteriors are thoughtfully designed as they put on a fine display of dual styles. Most of the exterior is covered in vertical board and batten siding whereas a smaller section of the external walls showcases horizontal wooden lap siding. The colour scheme of the exterior also accentuates the double pattern look and makes the Flat appear attractive.

There aren’t many windows installed in the Flat which may pose as a slight drawback but the snazzy interiors compensate for the same. The interiors are curated with perfection and look super classy. The long main floor holds all the rooms in a single stretch. The living room is the main relaxing space that holds an accent wall for both style and convenience. The stone textured accent wall bears a television screen and also an electric fireplace that individually seems to be a very functional feature and the accent wall in itself poses as a style statement.

A standard couch can be placed opposite to this wall for lounging. The galley kitchen has sufficient leeway to let you navigate around this area comfortably. Both the kitchen counters hold useful appliances such as a broad stainless steel sink and a stovetop for cooking. You get multiple cabinets and drawers to increase the storage capacity of the Flat. You can store utensils, condiments and snacks in these cabinets.

The bathroom is compact but bears all the necessities in the face of a regular toilet, a vanity combination and a showering area with a shower pan. The open bedroom is on the other side of the living room which is not secure from the rest of the house. This may be a drawback that can be remedied by adding a thick separating curtain. The bedroom can hold a queen size bed to let up to two people sleep comfortably. This makes the Flat an ideal choice for couples who wish to live large but in a tiny house.
